The system uses roles and school relationships to limit access. Parents see linked children, while teachers work with assigned classes. We'll confirm hosting and data handling with your school before a live rollout.
TreeTodd costs RM388 per month per kindergarten, before applicable tax. Quarterly billing is RM1,164, semi-annual billing is RM2,328, and annual billing is RM3,957.60 after a 15% discount. Only the annual option is discounted. Request a demo to discuss setup and subscription terms.
Yes. Parents and teachers use a responsive web portal on phones, while the back-office supports mobile and desktop administration. The working portals support English, 简体中文 and Bahasa Melayu.
School staff prepare, preview and confirm invoices. Parents can view the invoice and due date, check the school's saved bank details and upload a payment receipt. Staff review the evidence before marking the full invoice paid. Families pay the school outside TreeTodd; staff record the verified payment in the system.
Teachers can clock in and out and submit leave applications. Authorized staff review attendance, approve or reject leave, keep employment records, and prepare payslips with salary, allowances and deductions. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB amounts use administrator-entered, editable presets, reviewed by school staff. Confirmed payslips can be exported as PDF.
