This Privacy Policy explains how JULANG NETWORK, the operator of the TreeTodd website, handles information about visitors and people who request a demo. JULANG NETWORK is registered under number 202303022688 (AS0459331-X) and can be contacted at 10-11(1), Stellar Suites, Jalan Puteri 4/7, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.
This notice covers the public landing website and demo enquiries. It does not describe processing of school, parent or child records inside a live TreeTodd deployment. Those arrangements need to be agreed with each school before it uses the platform with real records.
Information we collect
When you ask for a demo, we receive your contact name, kindergarten name, work email, mobile number and any optional message you send. We also create a request reference and record delivery status so the enquiry can be followed up or retried if email delivery fails.
Our site may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, browser information and error details in web server or application logs. A hashed form of the IP address is used to limit repeated form submissions. We do not ask for children’s personal information through this website.
How we use it
- Receive, send and respond to your demo enquiry, including arranging a walkthrough or quote.
- Keep the form and website working, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors and protect the service.
- Meet a legal obligation or respond to a lawful request when required.
The required form fields are voluntary to provide, but we cannot arrange a demo without enough contact information. We do not use this form to enroll children or create a school account.
How long we keep it
The landing app is configured to delete successfully emailed enquiry rows 30 days after sending when its scheduled mail command runs. Requests that could not be delivered stay in the private queue for review or retry; they are not covered by that automatic deletion. Email copies, operational logs and private backups may remain longer according to the systems that hold them. You can ask us to review or delete information that is no longer needed, subject to legal or operational requirements.
Security
We use input validation, a security token, request throttling and access-restricted storage to protect the demo form. Production email delivery is configured to use encrypted SMTP. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what enquiry information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop using it for follow-up, subject to applicable law and records we must retain. Children’s information
This website is intended for kindergarten decision makers, not children. Please do not put a child’s name, photo, health details or other personal information in the demo message. If you believe this has happened, email [email protected] so we can review it.
